Privacy Policy
Private development stageIntroduction
Escasa is an intelligent platform for real estate agencies and is currently in private development. This policy explains, in plain language, the kinds of information Escasa may process and why, while the product is being developed and tested.
Information Escasa may process
Depending on the feature and the stage of testing, this may include:
- Account and profile information provided by test users, such as names, work email addresses and agency details.
- Business information entered during testing, such as properties, contacts, viewings, documents and communication records.
- Calendar information, when a test user chooses to connect a Google Calendar (see below).
- Basic technical information such as the pages requested, needed to operate and secure the service.
Why information may be processed
- To operate, secure and improve the platform during testing.
- To provide the features a test user has chosen to use.
- To communicate with test users about the product and their access.
Escasa does not sell personal information and does not use it for third-party advertising.
Google account / Calendar integration
Escasa's calendar features integrate with Google Calendar. A connection is only established when a user actively chooses to connect their Google account, and the access can be revoked at any time from within the product or through Google account settings. The integration is limited to the functionality described in the product (viewing and synchronising calendar entries related to the agency's work) and does not involve advertising use of Google user data.
AI-enabled functionality
Escasa includes AI-assisted features that may process information entered into the product (for example, drafting follow-up messages) by sending it to AI service providers so the requested feature can work. This processing is limited to providing the requested functionality. During private development, AI features are exercised only with test data.
Service providers
Escasa relies on a small number of infrastructure and service providers to operate (for example, hosting, database, email delivery, calendar integration, AI processing and payment infrastructure). The specific providers and their roles will be documented in the published policy before public commercial launch.
Data security
Access to development and testing environments is restricted, and technical and organisational measures are applied to protect information processed by the platform. No security measure is absolute, and this policy will be refined as the product approaches launch.
Data retention
During private development, information is kept only for as long as needed to develop and test the product, or as required by law. Defined retention periods will be published before public commercial launch.
International processing
Escasa and its service providers may process information in countries other than where users are located. The safeguards applied to such transfers will be documented in the published policy before public commercial launch.
User rights
Users may have rights regarding their personal information under applicable law, such as access, correction and deletion. During the private development stage, requests can be made using the contact details below and will be handled as promptly as practicable.
Contact
Escasa's final legal entity and dedicated privacy contact details will be published before public commercial launch. Until then, the contact section of this website will be updated as soon as dedicated contact channels are available.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date before public commercial launch.
