Terms of Service
Private development stagePrivate development
Escasa is an intelligent platform for real estate agencies and is currently in private development. Any access to the product is provided for evaluation and testing purposes only, and Escasa is not yet commercially launched.
Service availability
The service is provided as-is while it is being built. Availability, performance and correctness are not guaranteed, and the service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
Changes to features
Features, functionality and interfaces are under active development and may change, be replaced or be removed at any time, including in ways that affect data entered during testing.
Testing access
Access during the private development stage is discretionary. It may be limited, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
Your responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own business, professional and legal decisions, and for any information they enter into the product or share with others while testing. Escasa does not provide legal, tax or financial advice, and output generated by the product — including AI-assisted output — should be reviewed before being relied on.
Intellectual property
The Escasa name, branding, software and related materials are and remain the property of their owner. No ownership rights are granted through testing access; users are granted a limited, revocable right to use the product for evaluation during the development stage.
Acceptable use
While testing Escasa, you agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights;
- attempt to access systems, data or accounts that are not yours;
- interfere with, overload or reverse engineer the service or its security measures;
- resell or provide the service to third parties without permission.
Third-party integrations
The product may integrate with third-party services (such as calendar, email, messaging or AI providers). Use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms, and Escasa is not responsible for third-party services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and Escasa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business opportunities, arising from or relating to the development-stage service.
Future commercial terms
These development-stage terms are temporary. Commercial terms of service will be published before public launch and will supersede these terms from the moment commercial access begins.
Contact
Escasa's final legal entity and contact details will be published before public commercial launch. Until then, the contact section of this website will be updated as soon as dedicated contact channels are available.
